Return Policy – Plumtoopin Art Store

At Plumtoopin Art Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your artwork for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the details below to understand how our return process works.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The artwork is in new, unused condition, with no signs of damage, wear, or alterations.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (including any protective wrapping, frame, or components, if applicable).
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: Custom or personalized artwork, including commissioned pieces, are non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at [email protected] or call 414-591-6062 to notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the artwork back to us. Returns without an RAN may not be processed.

  3. Packaging the Return:
    Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging (or similar protective materials) to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping the Return:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging to assist us in processing your claim quickly.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or piece of artwork, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process your exchange. If the new item is of a higher value, we will charge the difference; if it’s of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized artwork (e.g., custom commissions, personalized frames, or specific color adjustments).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
